TECHNICAL SPECS & DRAWINGS

Our pre-rigged AV Equipment belongs to Visual Elements, which can be hired directly. Having this equipment pre-rigged saves precious time and cost in rigging & de-rigging. Aerial trusses are all motorized. Visual Elements are also very well resourced and can provide whatever additional equipment you might require.

Loading Bay access & ramps allow easy load-in of any additional props, staging and equipment.

POWER:

150a @ 110v power in the ceiling (L5-20R connectors mostly, 2x 5-15R by ceiling support pillars).
120a @ 208v power in the ceiling (L14-20R connectors).
2x 30a 208v 3 Phase 4P 5W connectors on the Mezzanine (Currently Pin & Sleeve. Might change to L21-30R).
1x 200a 208v 3 Phase 4P 5W Camlok connector located in mains room.
Multiple 5-15R and 5-20R circuits dotted around the room.
100a 208v 3 Phase 4P 5W connector located outside.
Temporary power distribution to any location within the event space available on request.
Power plan/power draw for all external equipment must be provided prior to the start of build for approval.

Rigging:

Maximum 8 Tonnes of weight loading available in the ceiling (less weight of Visual Element’s rig).
Adjustable rigging points can be installed anywhere along the metal beams.
All new EXE 1T and 0.5T motorised chain hoists used to fly trusses.
More truss, motors, general rigging available upon request.
Weight loading and placement of any additional equipment being hung from the ceiling must be provided prior to the start of build for approval.

Lighting:

Pre-Rigged: Aerial; 24x Robe 600 LED+ moving head washes, 12x Aria 700 LED moving head profiles, 8x Source Four LED2 Profiles, 2x 20” mirror balls on DMX controllable motors.
Also available currently we have; 12x ColorForce CF48 LED battens, 12x ColorForce CF72 LED battens, 36x SmartBatt wireless LED up lighters.
Desks/Control consists of 2x Jands L5 consoles (1 main and 1 tracking backup). All running from Artnet nodes with UPS backup.
More lighting/effects available upon request.

Audio:

Pre-Rigged: Aerial; 12x D&B Y10P loudspeakers. Ground; 4x D&B V-Subs.

Control consists of Yamaha LS9 32ch consoles, everything is run via Dante with built in redundant networking and UPS protection. Yamaha RIO 3224-D I/O head available in mains room along with all amps for loudspeakers. All speakers are individually assignable and fully controllable via the D&B R1 controller.
Our wireless microphone offering is currently Shure Axient, specific mic/Tx types available on request.
More audio/floor packages available on request.

Data:

Fully networked with RJ45 points in the ceiling, outdoors and on the mezzanine, all feeding back to a patch panel in the mains room enabling you to take signal from anywhere, to anywhere with a minimum of signal cable running required.
Specific data adapters (eg. RJ45 to DMX, XLR, HDMI etc) available on request.
NL4 speaker points dotted throughout the ceiling all running back to a patch panel in the mains room enables speakers to be hung virtually anywhere on the available rigging with the minimum of cabling required.

Access Equipment:

Visual Elements and Bike Shed will have a scissor lift available for hire.
